WATERFRONT LOUNGES
best for birthdays, work outings & social gatherings
Your go-to private lounge for celebrating, catching up, or hosting a casual group outing right on the harbor. Lounges have an indirect / limited view of the big screen, so they’re best for groups looking for more of a social hour.
Includes dedicated food + beverage service and space for 8–15 guests. One large waterfront lounge is available for 25 guests at 2x the minimum.
HARBOR HUTS
best for watch parties & direct big screen views
Our newest private lounge, located on the Rink side of The Tall Ship, is perfect for group outings, celebrations, and casual get-togethers. With a direct view of our big screen, it's the ideal spot for watch parties and game days.
Enjoy dedicated beverage service and comfortable seating for groups of 8–15 guests.
Fees & Minimums
Food & beverage minimums vary by day and time, with different pricing for special events. A $50 non-refundable booking fee and 20% gratuity apply to all reservations.
Weather Policy
Our venue is outside and is completely weather-dependent. We keep an eye on the forecast, and if the weather disrupts our schedule, someone on our team will notify you that day. Reservation fees will be refunded within 3 - 5 business days.
Food Policy
Please note that all food must be ordered through our venue, as outside catering, including birthday cakes and desserts, is not permitted.
Decorations
Please keep decorations to a minimum. We do not allow confetti, glitter, balloons, or any other objects that could cause harm to the harbor. Additionally, please keep in mind with decorations that weather conditions can become windy on the water.

Lounges not booked in advance are available first-come, first-served. Please check in with a host or server when you arrive for availability!
